The present website is freely and openly accessible to all internet users. Its purpose is the online sale of decorative items and various fashion accessories to individual customers (B to C). These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on our e-commerce website.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions stated below. This acceptance will involve checking the box corresponding to the following sentence: "I have read and accept the terms and conditions." The user acknowledges the evidentiary value of the automatic recording systems of the publisher of the present website.

2. Purchase Process

In order to place an order, users can select one or more items and add them to their cart. By reviewing their cart, the customer can verify the quantity and nature of the chosen items and review their unit prices as well as the total price of the order.

By clicking the validate button, the user accesses a form in which they can either enter their login credentials if they already have them or register on the site by completing the presented form with their personal information.

Customers are then prompted to verify their delivery and billing details, the mode and estimated delivery date, and are invited to make their payment by being redirected to the secure payment interface. Once the payment is received by the website publisher, the latter undertakes to acknowledge receipt of it to the customer electronically.

3. Payments

Users can make payments via credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal. Credit card payments are processed through secure transactions. For credit card payments, WonderCity has no access to any data related to the user's payment methods. The payment is processed directly with the banking institution.

To streamline the purchase process and facilitate future payments, credit card data can be stored (checkbox) on the Monetico platform by Crédit Mutuel. Customers can delete this data at any time from the payment page. Under no circumstances does WonderCity view or store banking data.

For bank transfer payments, the payment must reach us within 5 days of the order date. Beyond this deadline, the order will be automatically cancelled and we may prohibit you from using this payment method in the future. Order processing and delivery can only begin once payment has been effectively received.

Installment Payments

In certain cases and at our sole discretion, customers may benefit from the option to pay in monthly installments using their credit card. In such cases, any applicable fees are disclosed and a payment schedule is proposed before any validation on their part.

Alma's credit service is offered for purchase settlement and payment execution, provided that the person purchasing the good or service through Alma ("Buyer") accepts the installment payment or deferred payment contract. Fees may be charged by Alma.

Any refusal to grant installment payment or deferred payment by Alma may result in the termination of the purchase contract for the good or service ("Terms and Conditions"), unless the Buyer agrees to pay the purchase amount in cash.

In the event of termination of the Terms and Conditions, the installment payment or deferred payment contract will be automatically terminated.

If you withdraw from the installment payment or deferred payment solution used for your payment, the Terms and Conditions will be automatically terminated, unless you pay the amount of your purchase in cash through Alma. If the product has already been shipped to you, you must return it within the maximum timeframe specified in these Terms and Conditions.

Down Payment

When at least one of the items in the order is not available, we offer you the option, if you wish, to make a down payment, the amount of which is indicated at the time of your order. When all items are in stock and your order is ready for shipment, we will notify you so that you can pay the remaining balance. If the balance is not paid within 30 days of this notification, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

4. Delivery

WonderCity commits to packaging and handing over your order to the carrier on the same day or the next business day after receiving the full payment for the order, subject to the availability of all items that make up the order. If your order contains at least one unavailable item, we will wait until all items are in stock before dispatching your order.

Please note that we do not proceed with partial shipment of orders, except in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. Therefore, we recommend avoiding combining available and unavailable products within the same order, unless you accept this constraint.

Furthermore, if the opportunity arises, WonderCity reserves the right to combine multiple orders from the same household in a single package. Any shipping fees paid for one or more of these orders will not be refunded for this reason.

Delivery Dispute

In case of a delivery dispute (package indicated as delivered but not received), the customer agrees to actively collaborate with WonderCity, providing any attestation or document requested by the carrier as part of the claim.

5. Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

"Satisfied or Refunded" Guarantee (Extended Right of Withdrawal)

On WonderCity, customers have an extended 30-day period from the date of receiving the package to request an exchange or refund without having to provide reasons or pay penalties, except for return costs if applicable. The WonderCity guarantee includes free return costs for deliveries within Ireland. Other returns are at the customer's expense.

Damaged Item / Defects

Any damaged item or item with defects must be reported to us with supporting evidence (photos of the item, the package, etc.) within a maximum of 3 days following its receipt. In this case, the WonderCity guarantee includes free return costs. The customer will have the option to choose between exchanging the item or receiving a refund. However, please note that the majority of figurines available on our site are hand-painted items made using techniques that might show slight imperfections in mold details (e.g., small holes), finishes, etc. These minor irregularities are a guarantee of an authentic product and cannot result in any compensation if they are not significant.

Exercising the Right of Return

To exercise this right, regardless of the reason, the customer must make a return request from their customer account or by contacting customer service. The customer agrees to follow the provided instructions, particularly returning the item(s) in their original box, in the same condition as received, inside a sturdy and appropriate shipping box. No signs of use should appear on the returned product(s) or their original box.

Upon receipt of your package and subject to the aforementioned conditions, we will issue a refund within 8 days (or ship an exchange order). The refund will be made using the payment method used in the transaction, or if the customer prefers, in the form of loyalty card credit. For payments made by bank transfer or check, we will ask you to provide an IBAN.

Management of Frequent or Abusive Returns

We are committed to ensuring a simple and fair return policy for our customers. However, to maintain a high-quality service for everyone, we reserve the right to implement specific measures in the case of returns deemed frequent or abusive. Such behavior includes, but is not limited to, repeated orders followed by systematic or unjustified returns. In such cases, the following measures may be applied:

  • The coverage of return costs will be suspended, and these costs will be borne by the customer.
  • Specific management fees for processing returns may be charged, proportional to the actual logistical costs incurred.
  • Limiting the number of items a customer can order for certain products.
  • Temporary or permanent suspension of access to the service in cases of behavior considered excessive or contrary to our terms of use.

These measures are intended to ensure fairness and the proper functioning of our service for all our customers.

6. Loyalty Program

Loyalty Card / Discount Coupons

We offer a virtual loyalty card to reward our customers. Each ordered item results in an amount credited to the loyalty card. The credited amount is indicated on each product page, as well as on the cart page, before confirming your order. The amount will be effectively credited upon the shipment of the said order. The calculation terms for the credited amounts remain at our sole discretion and may be changed at any time without notice or notification.

You can accumulate these euros to exchange them for discount coupons, which you can use for your future orders. The discount coupons are generated from your virtual loyalty card and can be applied to your total cart amount, provided it exceeds the value of the coupon. Please note that discount coupons have a limited validity period, are non-transferable, and can only be used once.

In case of item return and refund, the loyalty card will be debited by the associated amount. The credit on the loyalty card and the resulting discount coupons are not means of payment and cannot result in any form of refund; they exclusively entitle you to a reduction in the purchase price in proportion to their value.

The granting of a virtual loyalty card is subject to the validation of at least one delivered and non-refunded order in the last 12 months. If a customer has not placed any orders in the last 12 months, they permanently lose the credit associated with their loyalty card.

WonderCity Club

In addition to the advantages mentioned earlier, WonderCity allows you to benefit from immediate discounts on nearly all items on the site. For this, we automatically grant you access to the WonderCity Club based on the amount you have spent in the last 12 months. This level is recalculated every day, so the Club level is constantly adjusted based on your spending over the last 12 months. Please note that these expenses correspond to your actual payments and not your orders. The loyalty levels are as follows:

  • Less than €50 spent in the last 12 months: non-Club member
  • €50 spent in the last 12 months: 1-star member
  • €250 spent in the last 12 months: 2-star member
  • €500 spent in the last 12 months: 3-star member

As soon as a Club member logs into their customer account, all prices on the site are updated based on their loyalty level. Discounts vary based on items and other parameters, and preferential prices are clearly indicated where applicable. The calculation terms for the discounts remain at our sole discretion and may be changed at any time without notice or notification.
