Here are some general considerations

Validity Period

You can return any item for any reason within 30 days of delivery (extended deadline until January 31st for purchases made between November 1st and December 31st)

Complete and Original Packaging

The item must always be returned in its original packaging, regardless of the reason and condition of the item.

Broken Item

Despite all the care we take in packaging our items, unfortunately, the items we sell, which are the most fragile, sometimes arrive broken.

Please go to your Orders page, select the damaged item, and click the "Return" button.

In just a few seconds, you'll be able to create a return request and download a prepaid return label so you can return the item to us for free, by dropping it off at a pickup point near of you.

Once we receive it at our warehouse, we'll send you a new item or refund you according to your preference.

Product Quality Issue

If your item has evident defects such as:

  • Significant visible traces of glue or drips
  • Total absence of paint in certain visible areas
  • Significant casting defects, especially on faces

Unsatisfied or Change of Mind
