Beautiful but I received an already opened product

She is a fairy tale, a pity that the product I received is clearly a return, as the box had no seal and the metal plate did not have the protective plastic. For the rest, luckily she is perfect, I would still have preferred to receive it closed.
Lei è una favola, peccato che il prodotto che ho ricevuto sia chiaramente un reso, poichè la scatola era senza sigillo e la piastrina di metallo non aveva la plastica protettiva. Per il resto per fortuna lei è perfetta, avrei comunque preferito riceverla chiusa.
