Quite satisfactory
Plutôt satisfaisant
I received the Evil Queen figurine from Snow White today. Overall, I am satisfied with my purchase, but I would like to point out a problem that I find regrettable given the price paid. The lace of the figurine's corset arrived broken. It had been placed separately in the package, simply surrounded by paper and tape, accompanied by the note "fragile". I think that this packaging is quite average for such a delicate item. I had to repair it myself by gluing it back together with strong glue. The result is correct and not noticeable, but I still wanted to point it out. In summary, I am satisfied with the figurine, but I am still a little disappointed by this detail which does not live up to the expected standard.
J’ai bien reçu aujourd’hui la figurine de la Reine Méchante de Blanche-Neige. Dans l’ensemble, je suis satisfait de mon achat, mais je souhaite néanmoins signaler un problème qui me paraît regrettable au regard du prix payé. En effet, le lacet du corset de la figurine est arrivé cassé. Celui-ci avait été placé à part dans le colis, simplement entouré de papier et de scotch, accompagné de la mention “fragile”. J’estime que ce conditionnement est assez moyen pour un élément aussi délicat. J’ai dû procéder moi-même à une réparation en le recollant avec de la colle forte. Le résultat est correct et ne se remarque pas, mais je tenais malgré tout à le préciser. En résumé, je suis satisfait de la figurine, mais je reste un peu déçu par ce détail qui n’est pas à la hauteur du standing attendu.

I finally managed to get it. What can I say, beautiful. The facial details are superb. The velvet cloak gives that effect of royalty that is the sign of a Queen. The details are spectacular. Fast delivery. Arrived in one day.
Finalmente sono riuscita a prenderla. Che dire, bellissima. I dettagli del viso sono superbi. Il mantello in velluto dona quell'effetto di regalità segno di una Regina. I dettagli sono spettacolari. Spedizione velocissima. Arrivata in un giorno.
