Received the figure today. The figure is extremely large and beautiful. Every last detail is hand-painted. The purchase was a great decision. What I still don't like is WonderCity's unsafe shipping packaging. I've already pointed it out and they've tried to implement it. It hasn't quite worked out yet. Positive: They added a lot of padding on the bottom, my praise. Negative: The box doesn't just have one bottom side. There wasn't much padding. The result was that the figure's original packaging was extremely damaged. I'm really surprised that the figure even survived the long shipping journey. Simply package it better in the future and pad it well on all four sides. I will buy more figures from WonderCity in the future if they can improve this problem. After all, I don't want to receive broken figures. Otherwise everything is GREAT!
Habe die Figur heute erhalten. Die Figur ist extrem groß und wunderschön. Jede kleinste Details handbemalen. Der Kauf war eine super Entscheidung. Was mir immer noch nicht gefällt ist die unsichere Versandverpackung von WonderCity. Ich habe es bereits angemerkt und die haben es versucht umzusetzen. Hat noch nicht ganz geklappt. Positiv: Die haben von unten schön viel ausgepolstert, hier meion Lob. Negativ: Der Karton hat nicht nur eine untere Seite. Da war nicht viel mit Auspolstern. Das Resultat war, dass die Originalverpackung der Figur extrem beschädigt wurde. Mich wundert es voll, dass die Figur den langen Versandweg überhaupt überlebt hat. Einfach in Zukunft besser verpacken und von allen 4 Seiten gut auspolstern. Ich werde in Zukunft weitere Figuren bei WonderCity kaufen, wenn die diesen Mangel verbessern können. Schließlich möchte ich keine kaputten Figuren erhalten. Sonst ist alles TOP!

I simply opened it, checked that everything was in order, and immediately put it away. I noticed that the characters are painted with meticulous attention to detail, and all the exits for the music and lights are there. This piece will make a lasting impression on me every Christmas, and I adore it. Thanks to Città del Regalo for the prompt shipping, the always helpful customer service, and the shockproof packaging.
Ho deciso di acquistare questo bellissimo trenino con i principali personaggi Disney anche se Natale è lontano, per arricchire i miei addobbi di quest'anno! L'ho solo aperto, controllato che fosse tutto a posto e subito conservato, ma ho notato che i personaggi sono dipinti con cura nei particolari, ci sono tutte le uscite per le funzioni musicali e luminose. Un pezzo che farà la storia dei miei Natali, io lo adoro. Grazie a Città del regalo per la spedizione puntuale, il servizio clienti sempre a disposizione e per l'impacchettamento a prova di urti.
