I don't understand why, despite careful packaging, Cinderella's hand was detached and still left in the box... I asked for an exchange, hoping they have more. However, aside from this inconvenience, I think it's a very reliable shop.
Non capisco come mai nonostante un imballaggio scrupoloso la mano di Cenerentola era staccata e cmq appoggiata nella scatola .... Ho chiesto uno scambio sperando ne abbiano altre. Cmq a parte questo inconveniente credo che sia un negozio molto affidabile.
