Magnificent figurine (photo 1) The must is the hand carrying the Norbert dragonet packed separately in the protective packaging and which is easily inserted into Hagrid's arm because it is magnetized (also practical when you have to clean it (photo 2) The negative point (hence my rating of 4/5) is that there was a hole in Hagrid's coat (photo 3) due in my opinion to handling during packaging at the manufacturer or at CadeauCity because I did not find the piece found inside the package. I wanted to make a complaint but finally did not do so because of the very long delay to finally be able to buy it, due to stock shortages and then several months of waiting following my order (almost 1 year in my case) As this hole is located in the back of the figurine, it is only visible if you turn it but I am still a bit disappointed, given the price and the wait to have received a damaged figurine. Notice to Customer Service: It would be good if the people who check the objects before attaching the label around their necks and packaging them took a few minutes to check this kind of thing because I saw it in 30 seconds flat (clearly visible)

Magnifique figurine (photo 1) Le must c'est la main portant le dragonnet Norbert emballée à part dans l'emballage protecteur et qu'on insère facilement dans le bras de Hagrid car aimantée (pratique aussi quand on doit le nettoyer (photo 2) Le point négatif (d'où ma note de 4/5) est qu'il y avait un trou dans le manteau de Hagrid (photo 3) dû à mon avis à la manipulation lors de l'emballage chez le fabricant ou chez CadeauCity car je n'ai pas trouvé le morceau trouvé à l'intérieur du paquet. Je voulais faire une réclamation mais finalement ne l'ai pas faite à cause du très long délai pour enfin pouvoir l'acheter, dû à des ruptures de stock et ensuite plusieurs mois d'attente suite à ma commande (presque 1 an dans mon cas) Comme ce trou est situé dans le dos de la figurine, il ne se voit que si on la tourne mais je suis quand même un poil déçue, au vu du prix et de l'attente d'avoir reçu une figurine abîmée. Avis au Service Client : ce serait bien que les personnes qui contrôlent les objets avant de leur attacher l'étiquette autour du cou et de les emballer se donnent quelques minutes pour vérifier ce genre de choses car je l'ai vue en 30 secondes chrono (bien visible)
